Description of Services: Exercise program for seniors who wish to improve their health and well-being * improve or maintain stamina, balance, coordination, strengthen certain muscles and improve range of motion * chance to meet new people * classes are held in multiple locations in Trenton * delivered by fitness instructors and supervised by a Kinesiologist
