Description of Services: Group exercise classes for seniors providing a cardio component along with muscular strength, balance and flexibility exercises offered at various locations throughout Hastings County, Prince Edward County and Quinte West * delivered by fitness instructors and supervised by a Kinesiologist

Specialty group classes are also offered for persons with Parkinson's * Arthritis * Stroke Recovery * Multiple Sclerosis
